Welcome to R & R Furniture. Here we have a full staff to help serve you. All Purchases Are Final. There will be no refunds or exchanges without prior authorization. All claims for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 72 hours from the delivery date and time.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Delivery is to the curb side only, so please have someone available to receive merchandise. For safety reasons drivers will not assist in in-home deliveries or assembly. If in an apartment or complex, delivery is to the physical address, not the actual apartment or suite number.

Assembly is required on most items. R & R Furniture will not be held responsible for the assembly or manufactuers defects. In rare cases when you have recieved an item that is missing parts or is damaged, please e-mail us at parts@rrfinefurnitureforless.com for replacement of item or missing part. If you choose not to have us replace the parts, and you purchase or use other parts for assembly, R & R Furniture will not be held responsible for loss, injury, damage, or deaths resulting from negligent assembly.

R & R Furniture will not be held responsible for loss, injury, or damage once a signature is aquired during shipping. In rare cases, R & R Furniture reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value with no extra cost to the customer.

It is the customers full responsibility to assemble products based on the manufacturers instructions received with the product. Please include a telephone number where you may be reached, and we will have one of our assemblers contact you for further assistance.

No warrantees or guarantees are implied if not otherwise stated in this contract.

By purchasing any product from this site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms of use. Furthermore, you are agreeing that by purchasing products from this site, R & R Furniture will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or death, and are releasing R & R Furniture from any and all liabilities. It is the full responsibility of the consumer to inspect all items and to assemble products correctly according to the manufactuers instructions.
